Local processing
MailVerify Desktop processes imported email lists and verification results on your Windows computer. Your source files, email addresses and exported results are not uploaded to the MailVerify website.
Website information
You do not need an account to visit the website or download the application. The hosting provider may retain standard security logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and request time for operational security.
Aggregate download counter
When the installer is requested, the website increases one aggregate download number. The counter does not create a user profile and does not store an email address or account identifier.
External services
Telegram community and USDT donation links open third-party services. Those services operate under their own privacy terms, and MailVerify does not control their data practices.
