These terms explain the responsible and lawful use of MailVerify Desktop and this website.

01

Permitted use

MailVerify is provided for lawful email-list hygiene and verification of addresses you are authorized to process. Do not use it for spam, harassment, credential attacks, unlawful data collection or attempts to abuse remote mail infrastructure.

02

Verification is evidence, not a guarantee

Results reflect the technical evidence available at check time. Mail providers may hide, throttle or change recipient status. A deliverable result does not guarantee future inbox placement, and an unknown result must not be represented as a confirmed mailbox.

03

Service availability

The software is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Deep SMTP checks can be limited by an ISP, firewall, outbound port policy or remote mail provider.

04

Your responsibility

You are responsible for permissions, consent, security and compliance with privacy, data-protection and anti-spam laws that apply to your use. Email verification does not create permission to contact a person.

05

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated when the application or website changes. The current revision date is displayed at the top of this page.
